Materials Management Position

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make schedule for employees and approve time sheets
  • Must be able to Lead and or Follow as work and circumstances dictate
  • Be financially responsible in all company and personal matters
  • Perform site visits to the MRO’s
  • Attend MRO conferences
  • Receive parts from Shipping company’s (UPS, FEDEX, OTHER couriers)
  • Perform receiving inspection
  • Fill out company part control tag (PCT)/ Traceability tags
  • Receive parts into inventory system (AMS)
  • Box up and put parts away in the warehouse
  • Locate parts in the warehouse
  • Ship parts to the aircraft and vendors
  • Keep Calibrated items up to date
  • Keep accurate count on stock items
  • Ensure all work areas are maintained orderly and clean
  • Ensure all tooling and equipment are properly maintained, clean and stored after each use
  • Perform purchasing duties
  • Generate Repair orders for unserviceable parts
  • Approve or Reject quotes for repair orders

Capable of Learning:

  • AMS
  • Parts requisitions
  • Parts tags
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Independently identify tasks that need to be accomplished and accomplish them, UNDER SUPERVISION

Requirement, Experience & Education:

  • MUST HAVE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE as well as FAR PART 121, 135 and or 145 EXPERIENCE
  • Pass a 10-year background/criminal/DMV check and drug and alcohol testing
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing and capable to travel
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office suite
  • Safety oriented
  • Must be able to send text messages, work with Microsoft office and adobe
  • Time management skills are a MUST
  • Must be willing to work weekends

Working Conditions:

  • Will work in the Office during working days.  Some travel may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand & walk for extended periods of time
  • Hearing, vision and hand-eye coordination
  • Repetitive hand motions
  • Frequent lift, push, pull, and/or move a minimum of 100 pounds
  • The noise level is high
  • Pass a physical agility test

Account Clerk II

General Summary

10 Tanker’s Accounting Clerk is responsible for A/P, Payroll, verifying and reporting information and all other clerical duties assigned.  This position works closely with the Financial & Analysis Manager, on a daily basis.  May report directly to Controller for ad-hoc projects, as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Assists with the daily operations of the accounting department including:

  • Payroll; prepares weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll
  • May perform and assist with reconciliation
  • Monitors the A/P pipeline from purchase order to invoicing and matches corresponding transactions
  • Codes and enters invoices into the accounting system for payment
  • Clerical functions including some filing
  • Ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree at minimum, in an Accounting related field
  • 1 – 3 years of related experience
  • Advanced computer skills in; Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a MUST), accounting software and QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping & accounting principles practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with problem solving abilities

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily an office environment
  • Occasional driving may be required

  • Occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or move a minimum of 25 pounds
  • The noise level is low

Salary:

Starting at $36,500 with an increase after 90-day probation
